Ryan turned the big 25 this year and it was the first time he's been home for a birthday in 7 years!!! So of course I had to throw him a party, even if it was against his will. Ryan did make me promise to keep it simple, which I did. We had a BBQ in the backyard followed by a movie projected on the side of our house. It was super fun and I was thrilled about how many people came to celebrate!
The morning of his birthday I made him breakfast in bed and then gave him his presents. He'll probably kill me for posting this, but look how happy he is!!! I got him some nice jeans and the Nike's he has been drooling over the last year. My parents got him a hatchet and some extra gas cans so we can have more back-up fuel for the wave-runners. (We are kinda counting the wave-runners as his present this year except for they are mine too!)
