Chicagoland Part 2

That Friday we came home from Nauvoo was Ryan's Birthday!!! So we made sure to have a little party for him that night.

Saturday we started the day by going to the Sears Tower Sky deck! It was amazing and also terrifying because they have a glass box you can set out off onto. I didn't think I would be as scared as I was after I looked down. Afterwards we headed to the Lincoln Park Zoo, which I 100% recommend. They had a ton there and it's FREE!

 We spent that night going to the Planetarium and then biking up to Navy Pier. We decided we wished we had discovered biking at the beginning of the week instead of the last day. It was so much fun and WAY faster getting around using the rental bikes. That was definitely a high-light of the trip.

Sunday we were able to just relax and spend time with the Wilsons. We went to church and then we were able to go see the Chicago temple. We also went to a cute little park by their house. Emily and Craig were so wonderful to let us come stay with them for a week. Allie and Sammie became instant friends. I hope they will always love each other even if they don't live close to each other.

I don't think we could have picked a better vacation for us to go on with a 4-monht-old. Samantha was great and we were able to pack in a ton of things. Plus we were able to catch up with the Wilsons so it overall was an amazing trip.
